I came home early today with a mild case of the sniffles. I felt pretty healthy the rest of the day, but whether it turns into something or not, I'm likely looking at a lot of time at home. I'll find some ways to get work done, but I'll also get to play a lot of video games. Likely I'll focus on these few.

5. Fire Emblem (Rekka no Ken)
All of these games are old. Nothing even close to the last decade. Here's a great game for the game boy advance, although I mostly play it on emulators. The first English version of the Japanese series, I wish they'd translated it's predecessor.

4. Halo: Combat Evolved
Classic First shooter in space. What can I say, great memories playing the multiplayer version with friends in high school. Might try to do that again if we're all trapped inside, frankly.

3. Grand Theft Auto, San Andreas
Hard to believe this has been out for 15 years. This is probably the newest game on the list, though. Obviously a great game to play with your parents around.

2. Sid Meier's Civilization (Civ 1)
Easily the oldest game on the list, and it plays like it, but it's also the easiest to lost 5 hours on without realizing it. Not beginner friendly if you don't know what's going on, but it plays to my favorite aspects of a strategy game.

1. Age of Empires 3
Like civilization, but actually developed into a good game. I never got into AOE 2 so much (the more popular title), as I think this just has much better gameplay and is easier to watch. AOE 3 still has a strong following after 17 years though, with competitive tournaments still coming out.
Um, excuse me, what about Roller Coaster Tycoon?
